Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT), found in 1975, is a government-led institution for higher education recognised by the Ministry of Education and the Tertiary Education Commission of New Zealand. Having a total of three campuses, with the main campus being located in the suburbs of Napier City, the other two are the satellite campuses based in Auckland and Gisborne; the institute also operates through several local and regional learning centres across the city. The campuses provide state-of-the-art facilities ensuring overall well-being of students and providing them with an effective and safe learning environment filled with fun and exciting opportunities. EIT also offers on-campus accommodation assistance to its international students across its campuses.
