Formerly Elmhurst College, the institution is a private liberal arts university in Elmhurst, Illinois, United States, 30 minutes west of Chicago. Over 70 undergraduate, and 20 graduate programs are offered at the university where professional relevance and liberal education are integrated.
In the recent rankings by U.S News & World Report edition, Elmhurst is ranked as the 7th best regional university in the Midwest and 12th for being one of the best value colleges. Being a member of the Higher Learning Commission, it has standings in specialized accreditation for certain programs.
Standing in connection with United Church of Christ, Elmhurst cherishes diversity and pedagogy focused on service. They university sponsor athletic teams which goes by the name Bluejays and competes in NCAA division 3.
