About us
New England Institute of Technology, abbreviated as NEIT, is a private university with its main campus in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. It was established in 1940. In addition to the main campus at East Greenwich, NEIT has two satellite locations in Warwick. The main NEIT site sprawls across 200 acres and comprises a 265000 square foot central hall, a 400-bed residence hall, athletic centers, and other recreational infrastructures. The total enrollment of the university is 2919 students. NEIT has the lowest education cost among Rhode Island's private higher learning institutes, thereby making NEIT one of the most affordable places to study abroad. The university offers associate, bachelor's, and master's courses in more than 50 sought-after fields such as engineering, shipbuilding, veterinary, etc. The research aspect of NEIT is top-notch, focusing on technical education.
