About us
The University of New Hampshire, formerly known as New Hampshire College of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts, was established in1866 and renamed in 1923. The three campuses of this public university are located in Durham, Concord, and Manchester. The combined area of the University of New Hampshire spreads over 2600 acres. The university has multiple sports facilities, libraries, and student organizations. Alumni of the University of New Hampshire are distinguished personalities in diverse fields. Some of the notable alumni include John Aber, Meredith Hall, and John D. Mayer.
