About us
Wright State University is a public-funded research university located in Dayton, Ohio, with an additional Lake campus. The origin of Wright State University can be traced back to 1963, and it was granted university status in 1967. The main campus of Wright State sprawls across 557 acres of land and comprises 71 academic buildings and 33 residential buildings. Furthermore, the branch campus at Grand Lake encapsulates an area of 173 acres. Wright State University operates out of seven academic colleges and three schools that offer 295 doctoral, graduate, undergraduate and professional degree programs in various subjects, such as physical education, engineering, agriculture, anthropology, arts, business, sciences, science, media, etc. As such, it becomes an excellent choice for students wanting to study undergraduate from abroad. The current enrollment of Wright State is 15000 students, out of whom 6.5 percent are international students.
