Before proceeding further, kindly read our refund policy and conditions that will provide you with important information and guide you about your rights and obligations as a user on the Edysor platform. This is in concern with any purchase you make through us. The policy for the refund process is mentioned below:
- Investigation for the reason behind the refund: We will take the concerns of users under consideration before we process the payment for the refund request.
- Process time: Once this is done, the payment will be processed in 5-7 business days.
- University website: The refund for any fees paid to the university will have its own policy to process such requests. It is recommended to visit the website of the associated university before making any payments. Edysor will have no role and take no responsibility for such refund requests.
- We offer a refund if any of the university deadlines as mentioned on the University website is missed by us or any breach of service is committed by any experts working for Edysor. In such cases, we will even take serious action against such experts besides issuing an immediate refund.
- There will be no refund request entertained on the basis of ‘change of mind’ by the user. However, you MAY/MAY NOT swap your application fee for your desired university with equal or lesser value of any university’s application fee that is available on the Edysor platform.
- Moreover, Edysor can cancel any payment instruction by the user if:
- Edysor suspects any fraudulent transaction(s).
- The user is not following Edysor’s terms and conditions.
- Any fraudulent repeat offender is found or tracked by Edysor, then we reserve the right to deny the application process and make any refund(s) to such a user and at any time.
