Georgian College was founded in 1967, at the start of the College System of Ontario. The Canadian Association for Co-Usable Education has licensed twelve of its center training programmes (CAFCE). The Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Technician programmes in Canada have been certified by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Georgian College offers more than 130 industry-based projects in various fields of study, including car business, executives, PC studies, neighborhood security, plan, visual expressions, wellbeing, designing, natural advancements, sciences, friendliness, the travel industry, aesthetic sciences, human administrations, native examinations, talented exchanges, and marine investigations. The college has over 13,000 students, including 3,600 international students from 85 different countries. Georgian College has over 80,000 graduates worldwide, many of whom have successfully transformed the world. Wear Komarechka is a compelling photographer featured alongside David Suzuki on 'The Nature of Things.' Beyond Buoyancy Aquatics' administrator and owner is Tara Andrews, and Georgian Bay Airways' owner is Nicole Saulnier. Jon Montgomery is a gold medalist in the Olympics. Several other well-known characters have graduated from Georgian College. Students are advised to apply for scholarships to study abroad for free.
