About us
ICM, which is in Winnipeg, Canada, offers pre-degree pathway programs for international students who want to enrol for undergraduate programs at UM. ICM provides courses that are tantamount to the freshman year of the bachelor’s degree of UM and students are allowed to transfer to the second year if they pass.
