John Cabot University (JCU) is a reputed private American-style university based in Rome, Italy. It consists of three campuses and two residence halls located in Trastevere, Rome. The university is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. There are associate and bachelor's degrees available in the humanities and in business administration at the university. During the Fall of 2017, John Cabot University launched a Master of Arts program in Art History.
Over 700 degree-seeking students and more than 1000 visiting students, representing over 80 nationalities, are enrolled at the university each year. There are a number of intramural sports available at JCU, such as basketball, dodgeball, beach volleyball, five-a-side soccer, tennis, paddle, and footgolf. There are two intakes in Italy: September/October and January/February.
