Established in 1954, the school was prior called the College of Christ the King. The first class was held in 1955 with 46 men. The University got official confirmation from the University of Western Ontario to turn into a college, and its name was changed to King's College. The King's University grounds spread over the rich green climate in Alberta's capital city. The settings are near the Treaty Six region, considered the customary country of different ethnic networks. Ruler's University offers 25 undergrad, four diplomates, and two internet-based courses for students studying abroad. Other than this, it offers Master of Theological Studies and Master of Divinity degrees through its association with St. Peter's Seminary. The college keeps a relationship with CultureWorks ESL to give 'English as a Second Language program. It awards passage to many understudies who effectively clear the CultureWorks program. Lord's University has a significant graduated class organization of more than 6500 alumni. A portion of the notable alumni incorporates Vince Agro (Ex-Mayor of Hamilton, Ontario), Sandy Annunziata (Gray Cup-winning football player), Peter Fragiskatos (Member of Parliament), Anne Marie Owens (National Post Newspaper's Editor).
