The Memorial University of Newfoundland, also deemed MUN, is a public university in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The university was established in 1925 and became an independent university in 1949. In addition to the main campus at St. Johns, MUN has satellite locations in Corner Brooks, Saint Pierre, Harlow, and England. The main MUN campus sprawls across 279 acres and comprises six faculties and six schools, multiple residence facilities, a radio station, the food court, and so forth.
