About us
Randolph College is a private liberal arts college for women established in 1891 in Lynchburg, Virginia. It is equipped with the popular TAKE2 learning model that requires students to concentrate on two classes every seven weeks, completing half the strand in the summed-up academic curriculum. Some of the programs include 32 majors, 42 minors, and material programs such as Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and Theatre and Master of Arts in Coaching and Sport Leadership.
The college has a close-knit community with a 9:1:1 student-faculty ratio for proper client-server treatment. Randolph also implements arts and writing in the Maier Museum of Art, Writing Lab, and The Jack, an academic journal. The Wildcats, the university's sports teams, participate in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) of NCAA Division III.
SACSCOC recognised Randolph and included it in The Princeton Review's ranking of the 352 Green Colleges in the country. As a centre of innovation based on tradition, Randolph has provided its students with a quality education that meets their needs.
