Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), situated in Henrietta, New York, is one of the most reputed private research universities, which was established in the year 1829. Best known for innovation and entrepreneurship in addition to practical and applied learning, RIT hosts over 200 undergraduate and graduate programs with nine colleges, including the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences and the Kate Gleason College of Engineering.
