The University of Hertfordshire, abbreviated as UOH, is a public university in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. It was established in 1948 as Hatfield Technical College and became a full-fledged university n 1992. The UOH campus is among the 20 safest campuses in England. It comprises nine academic schools, a BioPark facility, the Weston Auditorium, multiple residence halls, and other recreational infrastructures. The total enrolment of UOH is 25500 students with a study abroad intake of 5200. The university offers postgraduate and undergraduate courses in sought-after fields such as health, social work, business, etc. UOH comprises three research facilities, and 55 percent of the university’s research is deemed ‘internationally significant.’ The premises of UOH are home to 100 plus student societies and numerous athletic teams.
