About us
The University of Hull is a public-funded research university in Kingston, England. It was founded in 1927 as University College Hull and became a full-fledged university in 1954. In addition to the main campus at Northern Hull, the university has a satellite location in Scarborough. The main campus of Hull University comprises modern and high-tech infrastructures such as an extensive library, a theater, a sports hub, multiple eateries, several residence halls, etc. The university has six academic faculties that offer excellent study abroad courses, including postgraduate and graduate programs in sought-after fields such as medicine, humanities, social sciences, etc. The university’s total enrollment is 14255 students, out of whom 10.3 percent are international students. The university has a high research output and includes several research facilities on its premises. The University of Hull is home to 50 student societies and numerous athletic teams. Lastly, the university has a vast network of notable alumni, including John Prescott, Tom Watson, and Chris Mullin.
