About us

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) is a leading private Christian university. Located in Belton, Texas, the campus occupies a 340-acre area. In addition to being associated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas, it is also licensed by the trusted Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. There is no doubt that it is one of the safest campuses in the nation. A range of academic streams, including 70 undergraduate, 10 graduate, and 3 doctoral programs, are available here. Additionally, it offers seven fully online degree programs, hybrid programs, and standalone online courses. Approximately 65 chartered student organizations, including religious and cultural organizations and academic and honor societies. A few international scholarships for Indian students are also available. On the main campus, you can find academic buildings, athletic facilities, gym areas, meeting rooms, office buildings, residence halls, student centers, museums, and stores. Moreover, nearly 94 percent of students live on campus at MHB University. Twelve residence halls are present on campus, including female and male residence halls as well as apartments.
