The University of Sheffield, abbreviated as TUOS, is a public research university in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. It was established in 1828 as Sheffield Medical School and became a full-fledged university in 1905. The TUOS campus comprises 430 buildings, five academic divisions, an international faculty, various residence halls with a total capacity of 6200 rooms, the Goodwin Sports Centre, and likewise.
