The University of the Pacific, abbreviated as UOP, is a private affiliated campus in Stockton, California. It was founded in 1851. In addition to the main campus at Stockton, UOP has two graduate campuses in San Francisco and Sacramento. The main UOP campus encapsulates175 acres and includes ten academic schools and colleges, three residence halls, the Don and Karen DeRosa University Center, rose gardens, and other recreational infrastructures.
