The University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, commonly referred to as UW-Whitewater, is a public university set up in 1868 in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Founded by the University of Wisconsin System, it provides diverse academic programs in its Colleges of Arts and Communication, Business and Economics, Education and Professional Studies, and Letters and Sciences. The university currently offers 47 undergraduate and 13 graduate programmes to over 11000 students.
