About us
Virginia Wesleyan University, or VWU, is a private liberal arts college in Virginia Beach, Virginia, that is a part of the United Methodist Church. VWU started in 1961, and it has several graduate and undergraduate programmes to offer to its about 1,607-student population on the main campus.
The university is organised into four schools: The Susan S. Goode School of Arts and Humanities, The Joan P. Brock School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, The Birdsong School of Social Science, and The D. Henry Watts School of Professional Studies.
