With its foundation for more than 200 years, the institute was originally founded as Leeds Mechanics Institute in 1824. Since then, the university has grown manifold, nearly training 25000 students at the current stage across its 2 beautiful campuses. The university currently offers more than 190 UG & more than 150 PG programs, ranging from Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering, Law, Management & many more programs.
